We want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If something does not work out, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used outdoors, washed, or visibly damaged after delivery. If an item shows a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, we absolutely cover that — just let us know in your return request.
How to start a return
Send an email to info@bllackdiaamoond.it.com with your order number and a brief note about what you are sending back. We will reply with a prepaid return shipping label. There are no return shipping charges and we never add restocking fees.

Refund timeline
Once the returned package reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. From there, the time it takes for the money to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer — typically an additional 7–10 business days. All refunds go back to the original payment method used during checkout.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, check with your financial institution first, and then contact us so we can investigate.
